We were actually considering selling our home on our own but after talking and eventually working with Angie she was able to secured a much higher sale price saving us time, energy and money! Angie was a very nice and helpful agent. While searching for a house, Angie would answer the phone every single time I asked to see one. She took the time to do research on every house and inform us upon arrival. Angie quickly prepped all the paperwork and walked us through it if we did not understand. Through the months of us looking for a house, Angie got to know us personally and understood everything we wanted. She was there for us every time we needed her. After our offer was accepted she gave us house warming gifts that we will never forget. To this day Angela will still answer our questions and help in any way she can.

I met Angie through my sister who had spent several months locating the perfect property under stringent requirements. Angie was able to go above and beyond the tall order of 'must haves' with the limited budget and tight timeline. So it was a no brainer when shortly there-after it was my turn to look for a property at the top of the market with inventory low and the number of bids extremely high. She instantly knew what I needed (even though I was often confusing wants with needs) and was able to craft a deal that not only got me into a house (my first house!) that checked all of the boxes, but she managed to get it off market so I did not have to deal with multiple offers and an overpriced property.

I never imagined I'd be able to purchase a property in the market the way that it was, but with her calm persistence, keen business sense and trusted guidance - she was able to make magic happen.

I cannot recommend Angie enough and I look forward to working with her again for all of my NEO real estate endeavors.

When it comes to patience our realtor, Angie, has it in spades. We spent approximately two years looking for a new home. And viewed over 40 not to mention constantly looking online. Angie answered questions day and night. And guided us through the process of purchasing our forever home.
We were very specific about what we were hunting for. But what we were looking for was hard to find. Never once did we feel pressured or neglected by Angie as our realtor. It was a professional and flexible relationship that I am happy to say has blossomed into a friendship.
Later on she handled the sale of three other houses for us. They all came with a list of problems a mile long. She represented us with a smile through all the complications that arose.

From the very first house that was a little too short to the very last house that we now call home... it sure was a wild ride for almost two years, especially with the pandemic. However Angie was always there for us no matter what. We looked at dozens of houses and through it all she knew what was going to best for us. She grew with us as our home tastes changed and also as our family grew. We could not have asked for a better realtor. She was so friendly, always available, and always quick to help no matter the situation. She went above and beyond in every situation.
