Angie was a very nice and helpful agent. While searching for a house, Angie would answer the phone every single time I asked to see one. She took the time to do research on every house and inform us upon arrival. Angie quickly prepped all the paperwork and walked us through it if we did not understand. Through the months of us looking for a house, Angie got to know us personally and understood everything we wanted. She was there for us every time we needed her. After our offer was accepted she gave us house warming gifts that we will never forget. To this day Angela will still answer our questions and help in any way she can.

I met Angie through my sister who had spent several months locating the perfect property under stringent requirements. Angie was able to go above and beyond the tall order of 'must haves' with the limited budget and tight timeline. So it was a no brainer when shortly there-after it was my turn to look for a property at the top of the market with inventory low and the number of bids extremely high. She instantly knew what I needed (even though I was often confusing wants with needs) and was able to craft a deal that not only got me into a house (my first house!) that checked all of the boxes, but she managed to get it off market so I did not have to deal with multiple offers and an overpriced property.

I never imagined I'd be able to purchase a property in the market the way that it was, but with her calm persistence, keen business sense and trusted guidance - she was able to make magic happen.

I cannot recommend Angie enough and I look forward to working with her again for all of my NEO real estate endeavors.

From the very first house that was a little too short to the very last house that we now call home... it sure was a wild ride for almost two years, especially with the pandemic. However Angie was always there for us no matter what. We looked at dozens of houses and through it all she knew what was going to best for us.
