Buying a home in an area you are not familiar with is never easy. Being an out of state buyer, I felt extremely lucky to have come across Angie. From the very beginning she was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Communications was always good and she made sure I was always comfortable with the information that I received. Angie was a fantastic to work with. We live out of state and had to sell our family's farm due to my father passing away. There were multiple people involved in the sell. Angie was very efficient in communicating with us. She answered questions and walked us thru every step. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was able to recommend someone to help clean out the buildings. She even had her photographer send me a picture of the property so I could have it printed. Angie was AMAZING to work with. We started out just wanting to look at one of her listings, viewed that property, and it just wasnt up to par for us. She then mentioned a second property she had listed that we ended up purchasing! We moved here from Texas during the pandemic. We spoke with Angie on the phone before coming here for a house-hunting trip and chose her as our realtor because it was apparent that she knew the area and the housing market, she knew the business, and she knew her stuff. During our house-hunting trip, the housing market was hot and houses in our price range were selling before we could see them. Once we found a house we loved, we had to move fast before it was sold. Angie was there for us every step of the way, including finding professionals to address issues that were found during the house inspection. When we found a plumbing issue during our final walk-through the night before closing, Angie had someone there to fix it a few hours after closing. She has a good working relationship with lenders, other realtors, and repair folks, which helped us get things done. Moving to a new area can be a stressful, and Angie made us feel comfortable through the entire process. We’re grateful!

We had a really good experience with the realtor in Louisville, but just could not find a place we both fell in love with. When we started our search in the Mt Sterling atea and East we had to find another realtor. Thank goodness we called Angie. We had read her reviews and was impressed. Angie was absolutely wonderful. We were getting down to the wire to find a home since our house already had a contract. Angie did not try to talk us in to any home. She was not high pressured at all. She felt like the house we found would sell itself and she was positive we would find it in the timeframe we had. She was right. We looked at the home we bought 3 times before making an offer. There was some back and forth negotiations and Angie was efficient and right on top of things. I would recommend her to anyone. We love our place.

She showed us 6-7 different listings on what would/should have been her day off (Sunday). We made the offer that day. Angie was so incredibly knowledgeable on the area, who to contact for testing, utilities, garbage, and various other things. She worked with the realtor that was selling our home two hours away, coordinating time frames and appointments so that we could close on the sale of our home and the closing on this home with in three hours of each other. That was so helpful and important to us due to very tight timeframes. Angie went above and beyond to help us and she is a great agent!!!!!!!! It certainly helped that you both were so determined and did everything on time...or early in some cases...lol. It all worked out and hopefully it has become home for all, even the four legged children. Call if you ever need anything!!
