Angie Taylor

Angie Taylor was literally born to help people make their real estate dreams come true! Her mom, Jan, was a full-time real estate broker from the time Angie was nine years old until present day. Tom, her dad, was an Air Traffic Controller for the FAA and thanks to this exciting job, this allowed the family to move eighteen times during Angie’s life. This gave her true empathy for what her clients are going through when making a decision to move, whether near or far. It just seemed to be ‘written in the stars’ that Angie would be a natural at real estate and now, twenty-five years and a career later, that is clearly the case.

Angie has sold several billion dollars’ worth of real estate between her careers in both new home sales and residential, preowned home sales. She has a vast knowledge and deep understanding of the processes and is a problem solver. But more importantly than that is Angie’s mission statement, “It’s not how much you know, but how much you care.” This statement guides her every day and with everyone she meets.

Angie is married to Kirk, a retired audiologist who owned three hearing health care practices in The Villages, Florida, before retiring. Kirk & Angie love to volunteer their time with animal rescue organizations and help whenever and however it is needed. They have owned many critters over the years – several pugs, several rescue dogs, miniature donkeys, rescued feral cats – they even have a twenty-six-year-old fish that is still with them! When the opportunity was presented to join NextHome and Angie noticed their logo was Luke, a French Bulldog, she knew that was a sign from above that this was where she needed to be!

Kirk & Angie also own several homes in The Villages and love the relationships that they build with their tenants. Like everything they do, their goal is to always turn clients into true friends.
