Anjela Salyer is the Division President at Mattamy Homes Tucson, where she leads operations, strategic initiatives, and growth for one of North America’s largest privately owned homebuilders. With over 15 years of experience in homebuilding, she has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership across various roles. In recognition of her industry contributions, Anjela was named one of the "40 Under 40 Pro Builders" in 2020. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication from Arizona State University, reflecting her strong foundation in business principles and effective communication.

Anjela’s career at Mattamy Homes spans a decade, during which she has advanced through leadership positions including Vice President and Director of Sales & Marketing, all while serving as a Designated Broker. Before joining Mattamy, she gained valuable experience as a Sales Manager and Associate Broker with companies like Maracay Homes and The Mark Company, and as a Sales Manager at Lennar. Her career began as a Sales Agent with PulteGroup, where she developed her deep understanding of the homebuilding process. Anjela’s leadership style and innovative approach to homebuilding have made her a key figure in the Tucson market and the broader real estate industry.
