Working with Anjo was an absolute pleasure from day one. As first time homebuyers, we were dependent on the expertise of our agent to help us secure a home that would be a great fit for our needs. Anjo not only worked with us but educated us along the way, which has been so valuable for our understanding of the market. Anjo clearly loves what she does, and it shows. She was respectful, considerate, and willing to work with us on a moment's notice when a new house entered the market. We ended up putting in multiple offers that didn't go our way, but she did a great job of keeping us motivated and looking forward, and I'm so glad she did, because we just moved into our new home and it's a perfect fit for us! I highly recommend Anjo to anyone looking for a new home, especially first time homebuyers. She treated us like family, and anyone who works with her would be lucky to have her in their corner.

Anjo helped me purchase a townhome in Woodinville and the experience was highly favorable! She went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered. Anjo always made herself available for showings, often last minute. When it came to making the offer we were able to get $10k off the listing price, which is rare in this market! It was a pleasure working with Anjo! I am a picky buyer and she was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. She was always available for whatever we needed and so easy to work with. I felt bad for dragging her around to so many homes that we didn't end up liking, but she always showed up with a smile and never even a hint of annoyance. We found Anjo after having worked with two other real estate agents and ever since the beginning Anjo has been an incredible person to work with. She helped us checkout multiple homes without any pressure and guided us throughout the entire process patiently until the day we got our keys in hand.

Anjo always followed up on all tasks throughout the process and helped identify solutions when something came up and helped put us at ease as she calmly explained and handled uncertain situations with the seller. Overall, we loved working with Anjo and would highly recommend her.

After attempting to sell our property by owner without success, we chose Anjo to take over. What a relief! She took care of everything - advertising staging, showing, etc. We live more than an hour's drive away but we never had to make the long drive. Anjo sent us all the paperwork by email and all we had to do was sign and send it back. Thank you, Anjo!
