Anmar Atchu

Anmar Atchu serves as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing at The Hinman Company, where he has played a central role in the firm’s leasing strategy and tenant relations for more than three decades. Based in the Greater Kalamazoo area, Anmar leads marketing initiatives and leasing efforts across Hinman’s commercial real estate portfolio, which includes office, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout Michigan.

Since joining Hinman in 1993, Anmar has helped drive the company’s regional expansion by cultivating strong tenant relationships, developing market-responsive strategies, and positioning key properties for long-term success. He is known for his deep understanding of the West Michigan market and for his collaborative, client-focused approach.

Anmar holds a degree from Western Michigan University and is actively involved in the local real estate community. His experience and dedication make him a valuable resource for both tenants and colleagues alike.
