Ann and Rick are the best. Although we have not yet listed our home, Ann gave us a good idea of what we could ask to sell our current home and has helped us look for purchase possibilities. We have very specific requirements for relocating so are still actively searching. When we find that perfect place, we will definitely call on Ann to help us with the sale and purchase details.

I highly recommend Ann and Rick when buying or selling a home. I was looking for a house and found one I liked. For Sale by owner, I called Ann and asked if she could help me out.
