About Ann

Ann has lived in the Triangle area since 1964 when she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated with degrees in Psychology and English, and then received a master’s degree at North Carolina State University in Guidance, Counseling and Personnel Services. She became a licensed real estate broker in 1973. Prior to that time, she worked in marketing and communications for a triangle-based architectural /engineering firm. Ann has her CRS and GRI designations and has been a top-producer with sales totaling more than $50 million over the past ten years. Ann has been a state director for the Durham Association of Realtors, the Secretary for the External Affairs Committee of the state association and is on several national committees for the Residential Specialists. She is a "life spike" of the Homebuilders Association, has served as an Associate Director for the HBA and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce. While also selling in all price ranges in Durham and Orange counties, Ann specializes in the sales of estate properties as well as farms and equestrian properties.
