My husband found Ann Halstead with one phone call to Re/max Preferred. We like to think of it as a lucky day. She helped us find and close on our 3rd home. We have worked with many realtors over the years and we think of her as the best. She was very knowledgeable about the agreements, counter offers, and what we might want to consider during the due diligence period. We would still be in South Carolina, if she had not been the typed of agent that goes the extra mile. Ann worked with us for 10 months long distance and even cheered us up when things started to look hopeless. Finding and closing on a house has gotten harder. Ann gave new meaning to above and beyond the call of duty. She is the person that will help you accomplish this mighty task. We suggest everyone make Ann Halstead your first choice for an agent, you will not go wrong. I could go on and on about how happy and thankful we are, but widows and stopped on me twice.
