About Ann

Ann grew up in Bellevue, Washington where she attended Issaquah Schools and actively participated in soccer, track, and other outdoor activities. After graduating from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication, her lifelong interest in house hunting and interior design led her to pursue a career in real estate.

Her real estate journey began as a licensed assistant and transaction coordinator to several of the top producing Realtors in the Greater Seattle Area. Overseeing hundreds of transactions helped jumpstart her business as a real estate professional.

Using her solid foundation into the process of buying and selling, she genuinely loves the opportunity to help others navigate this crazy housing market to find their dream home. Since joining The JH1 Team, Ann’s skillset has grown tremendously into the multifaceted world of real estate investing. She has been instrumental in helping the team locate and analyze distressed properties to transform, negotiate contracts, and plays a part in overseeing and designing current renovation projects.

Outside of real estate Ann enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two Goldendoodles, Bernadette and Stevie. She also enjoys cooking, rooting on the Seahawks, and traveling the world whenever possible.
