Ann Imes

Ann Imes has been in the real estate business since 1971. She began selling with Searcy Murray Realty and was the first salesperson to receive the Real Estate Board's High Sales Award in Spalding County. She received the board’s high sales award for over 10 years. When interest rates were raised to 18 percent, Ann went to work with Atlanta Gas Light Co. as the first woman salesperson. She later worked for Re/Max Griffin for eight years before opening her own company with her husband and daughter in 1995. Ann has remained active in multiple community and charitable organizations for over 35 years, including the Daybreak Rotary Club, Heart of Georgia Board of Realtors, and Griffin/Spalding Chamber of Commerce. Ann said, “After all of these years, I think selling real estate has been the most gratifying career I could have ever had! Making so many new friends and helping them find the home of their dreams has been very rewarding.”
