We found Ann through a mailing flyer which mentioned having great experience with our neighborhood and decided to give it a shot. She was very professional and provided great marketing and we got several offers right away. With her guidance we decided to wait a bit as the offers were lower than we were expecting and it was middle of winter at the time. Once spring came around she had a new marketing push and we were able to get an offer basically at our list price.

My experience with Ann Pancotto as my realtor was stress free. She is a true professional. She assured me that I would not be required to travel back to Chicago and that is exactly what happened. She used extensively all the latest technologies and methods. An absolute gogetter, always working hard for her clients.
