Ann Thomason

She is a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) who strives to consistently provide concierge level service as you are navigating through a life transition such as, downsizing, upsizing, relocation, and/or aging in place. With over 20+ years as a military spouse, she understands the sacrifices military families make. She is also an empty-nester who has been through the down-sizing process and making the decisions of what memories to keep and what to let go of. She is a huge animal lover. She loves being outside: cycling, stand-up paddleboarding, hiking, and camping. Community service is also very important to her.

As a military spouse Ann spent time at Nellis AFB, Shaw AFB, and McEntire Joint National Guard Base. She grew up in Ogden, UT watching the jets fly over-head and being married to an F-16 pilot never lost its thrill. To this day, she will still stop and look for a jet when she hears one flying over. She remembers all the time something went wrong when she was home alone with the kids and have a special place in her heart for military families and the sacrifices that are made on all sides. She has lived in Columbia, SC since 1999 and raised two daughters here. She has found many opportunities to enjoy all that Columbia has to offer and serve her community.

Ann's community service includes Leadership Columbia Class of 2020, where they helped Palmetto Place Children and Youth Services as their community project, Chamber of Commerce NE Connection, Richland Two Charter High School Board of Trustees, Women's Learning Link Board Member, Junior League of Columbia Sustainer, and Rotary.

She loves her animals and her Great Pyreneese has quite the following on social media. She has always rescued animals and now have a menagerie of birds, cats, and dogs. The list used to include ferrets, chinchillas, frogs, lizards, and sugar gliders. She graduated from Columbia College with a degree in Biology with the plan to become a veterinarian. As often happens, life had different plans for me so now she only nurses her own animals and loves on her client's critters.

Ann is a Realtor and voluntarily subscribes to the Realtor code of ethics. She will provide you with excellent service, will be available and responsive, and will take care of you and your family as you make one of your biggest life choices, buying or selling a house. She would enjoy working with you, and being the REALTOR you recommend to your friends, family, and colleagues. She eagerly serves sellers and buyers throughout the SC Midlands.
