Ann was awesome throughout the sale of our home. Despite a very difficult market in Bend, Ann brought us from listing to close in only two months. She provided expert guidance and services to our initial meetings, and made sure our house was in top shape for our MLS listing. After that, she was communicative and strategic as we scheduled open houses and changed our pricing to be as competitive as possible. Our listing was great and really captured the unique features and vibes of our home.

Ann's strategies and preparations worked, and we soon had an offer that was better than we'd expected when the house hit the market. Ann and her team continued to be informed, communicative, and professional as we approached our closing date, went back and forth with buyers, and ensured everything was in place for a smooth transaction. We are grateful to have worked with Ann, and were happy to have her be a part of our big cross-country moving process. 10/10 recommendation for all things real estate in the Bend area.
