I cannot stress enough how incredible Anna is! She made buying our first home a great experience. She was always readily available to answer ANY question, even ones I thought were silly. She has a quick response time as well. She is a great childhood friend but I was blown away at how much she loves what she does. She was very honest, and her background in architecture helped as well. She looked at everything as if it was her home she was buying. As first time homebuyers with a little girl looking to expand, she was def the person we needed. If she couldn’t answer something she reached out to her other partners who all were very helpful. The whole team made it easy, happy and a satisfying experience and would recommend her to anyone! Can’t thank you enough Anna and berkshire team for our home💛

Anna was wonderful with guiding our kids through the process of their first home purchase. She knows the areas well and had great recommendations before and after the sale. She is making the move for them from Iowa to the Chicago area much easier and easing the stress they have over the whole process. I would highly recommend her if you need a real estate agent.

My realtor, Anna Gilliam, is an experienced professional who provides excellent customer service, is detail oriented, and responds quickly. The selling of my condo presented numerous unanticipated challenges (not Anna's fault). However, her commitment never wavered.
