Anna-Marie Ashe

Anna-Marie is a full-time small business owner and investor focusing on real estate transactions in DC, Maryland and Virginia. Her passion is fueled through real estate education and customer service. Helping her clients and prospects to understand the power of real estate and passive income, which has driven her business throughout the years. Her diverse experience in the real estate industry provides her clientele with counsel and effective real estate marketing for the past ten years. She understands the changing markets of the DMV and works tirelessly to ensure a real estate investment will meets her clients’ needs. Anna-Marie has represented countless clients to satisfactory resolutions, either in finding the perfect home, selling their home to a new family or identifying commercial property for a business. Not only is Anna-Marie a licensed realtor in DC, Maryland and Virginia, but she is also the owner and principal broker of AREA Real Estate, LLC a full-service real estate brokerage where she donates 50 percent of her administrative fees to deserving non-profits.

Her goal is to serve her community by promoting financial stability and wealth through home ownership, property investments and education.

Anna-Marie is also a mentor with Girls Prep, Inc. where she mentors young women of color on high school, college, careers, and leadership development.

She is also a member for Walker’s Legacy and US Black Chamber of Commerce.
