Annamarie Clark

Annamarie is the broker of A & C REALBOX, INC. She has been licensed in California since 1979. Because of her many years in the industry, Annamarie has had the opportunity to work closely with financial managers, real estate and trust attorneys, asset managers as well as consultant for bankruptcy attorneys. Her company involvement requires supervision of everyday transactions, office management, marketing, and financial accountability for all her agents and broker associates. She also manages commercial retail properties as principal/broker.

Additionally, since 2009 Annamarie has taken the position of acting CEO of Lerus Corporation and Tio Leos’ IV LLC, a multi-unit food and beverage company in San Diego. The seasoned restaurants have been an icon in San Diego for more than 30 years. As incoming CEO of the company, her first order of business was to restructure prime cost activity, vendor contract negotiations and revamp marketing to twenty first century genre. The company has gone from significant deficit to operating with modest profits.

Annamarie served as Executive Board Member for MVCF, a 3500-member church in San Diego. She was asked to locate a permanent home for the church and create financial blueprint for capital acquisition. Annamarie also taught economics and government courses in a private Christian Charter School. She remained on the Board of Directors with the school until 2007.

Annamarie is also currently serving as Executive Board Member and Treasurer of Serra Mesa Park and Recreation Council Inc. Being familiar with both traditional for-profit companies and non-profit entities, the Committee of Parks and Recreation wanted an exempt status to be implemented and asked for assistance as treasurer to complete the project.
