It was such a pleasure working with Anna. We were looking for an investment and Anna showed us all possible options! She was knowledgeable professional and pleasant to work with. She kept us informed continuously throughout the buying process. I love that she is honest and will give you her true opinions and not try to sell you anything just to make her commission. During our visits to different locations when she did not like something, she says it! She is honest which is a super quality in a real-estate business. Anna was able to answer all questions and if she did not know the answer which didn’t happen often, she will go above and beyond to find out. If I could I would give her six stars I would, and will absolutely continue working with her.

We bought a house with Anne Hensel as the listing agent. She was very good with her analysis of the value of the property and skilled at negotiations between seller and ourselves to seal the deal. She was always available for and responsive to any questions we had both before and after we signed the contract. She provided good contacts for home inspection and termite inspection and followed up to be sure we were satisfied with the process and understood the information provided and how it impacted the value of the property. The title company she worked with was also excellent and Anne was there every step of the way through contract signing and even afterwards. We were so impressed that we listed our Condo with her and it sold right away, without any problems. My wife and I highly recommended Anne for both sellers and buyers- without any reservations whatsoever!
