An entrepreneur at heart, Anne Malone founded and led a catering company, hosting events for clients like the University of Chicago and Northwestern University. Catering is all about understanding and exceeding client expectations, and they did that beautifully and deliciously. Fourteen years later, after becoming a mother and getting more invested in the community, Anne sold her catering company and transitioned into residential sales. Over the last decade, Anne has been involved with home sales, rentals, development, and condominium conversions. She especially enjoys the aesthetic side of the business; architecture and interior design are her passions. She takes pleasure in imagining how she might design spaces differently and sometimes makes those changes through staging or helping clients with a comprehensive renovation. She also appreciates that with her clients, she often develops a relationship that transcends business. They get to know each other very well, which also means that discretion is key.
