Anne Marchant

Experience/Background:

Anne is a graduate of Furman University and the Wyatt School of Real Estate. Upon retiring after 34 years as Litigation Coordinator for The Wyche Law Firm in Greenville where she specialized in preparing cases for trial, Anne joined Marchant Real Estate. She has been with Marchant Real Estate for 16 years and works on a team with her son, Brian Marchant. Anne's husband, Seabrook, is the broker-in-charge, and Anne and Seabrook are owners of Marchant Real Estate, Inc. We have approximately 30 agents at our company.

Strategy/Motivation:

Anne is motivated to provide professional assistance to her clients to achieve the best results whether they are buying or selling a home. Her past legal experience helps with negotiating a contract price and negotiating repairs, etc.

Personal/Community Interests:

She and her husband, Seabrook, have three children and 8 wonderful grandchildren (6 boys and 2 girls). Anne is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, Multiple Listing Service, and Buncombe Street Methodist Church. She volunteers with Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity. She loves spending time with her grandchildren, attending lots of athletic events to watch them play, and showing newcomers around our wonderful downtown Greenville and surrounding areas.
