Anne is amazing to work with. She is very attentative, personable, and knowledgeable in her field. She worked with us to find the right home, even when I was about to give up in this market! She never once pressured us and in fact, often investigated things about the potential house, that would have otherwise been hidden from the buyer. Anne always had our best interest at heart, and I could not be more greatful! Thank you Anne 😀

What an absolute pleasure it was working with Anne. It wasn't an easy task to be working with a buyer that lived in Arizona and was purchasing a home in Maryland, but she handled everything with the highest level of professionalism and care. I can't say enough great things about our experience. Anne took a genuine interest in our families well being and went above and beyond anything we could have expected. We found and secured our dream home and it's because of Anne's constant efforts to make it happen. She has become a friend and we are grateful to have her in our lives. Thank you, Anne!!

My husband and I have bought and sold multiple homes in several states, but we’ve never worked with a more professional, highly motivated and knowledgeable realtor than Anne Perrone. Anne’s work ethic is outstanding, and her knowledge of real estate is second to none. Anne assisted us in both buying a beautiful home and then years later, selling our home. We have used Anne's services to both buy a home over 5 years ago and to sell our home just recently. I know Real Estate commission's are tough to take sometimes but with Anne it is money well spent. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Her advice is well thought out and always in her clients best interest. Whether buying or selling, Anne should be at the top of your list. We have bought and sold four properties in our life, but the experience we have had with the last house under the direction of Anne Perrone has been without a doubt the smoothest and most enjoyable of all of these transactions. Anne was patient and understanding as she listened to our needs with regard to our next house and was organized, professional and driven in the manner in which she helped us prepare to market and sell our current house. She helped us stage our house for sale and had her photographer create the most stunning photos of our rooms. The listing on the internet was captivating and the copy was well written and concise. The results: nearly 75 showings in 2-1/2 days and 14 contracts! Anne was great at responding quickly to our questions and following up with the documents and other items that helped us transition to our new place.
