Annette is the utmost professional. In a business where what makes the biggest difference is knowledge of the market, willingness to put in the effort needed, and ability to move with speed, Annette has it all nailed down. We just turned around a home purchase where we first became aware of the property on Sunday morning. We called Annette and even though she was on vacation, she got us into the house that afternoon. We met her on Monday and got pre-qualified for financing and she worked until late that night to put together an offer on the house. On Tuesday we were approved for the financing and offers were presented to the seller at 1PM. At 3PM we were notified that we had an approved sale. It was hectic process and moved at a furious pace, but Annette provided all the guidance and insight necessary to move us forward steadily and get it all done in the short time allowed. We could not be more happy. This is the second time we have utilized Annette's service, and the second time we have been completely happy with and impressed by her efforts. Reputations are earned for consistent performance over a long period of time. Annette's reputation as one of the best in the business is well earned and completely justified. She is on of - if not THE - best in the business in this area.
