Annette Palmieri

A real estate professional since 2013, Annette Palmieri proudly serves as a Licensed Realtor and Marketing Administrator for Katie O’Grady & Company at Compass in Westport. Born and raised in Fairfield County, CT, this longtime resident has enjoyed living in the area for many years and raising her kids here as well who all went through the public school system. She is a valuable resource for both her clients and her team, with extensive knowledge of the local market and an extremely creative touch she brings to every detail.

Annette works with buyers, sellers, renters and landlords in Fairfield and New Haven Counties, but has great expertise in Fairfield, Easton, Trumbull, Monroe, Westport, Stratford and Milford. Having grown up with a contractor father, she’s always had a hand in the housing market and been intrigued by real estate; so much so that she built and renovated homes for her family, and recently started flipping homes in Fairfield complementing her brokerage work.

Annette received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Connecticut. She speaks Polish, and loves hiking, going to flea markets, and exploring the Connecticut coastline. Her free time is mainly spent with her children, nieces and nephews, and helping friends and family members with refreshing their homes!
