Annie Kim's focus is office & retail leasing and investment sales of apartment, retail and office properties in San Francisco and Peninsula Area, mainly in the financial district and Union Square areas. Annie has been active in the real estate brokerage business for over 23 years. Prior to working in real estate, Annie owned her own retail business in the Union Square shopping district of San Francisco for 20 years. With many years in the retail business dealing with the people from all over the world, Annie acquired a good feel for matching the right property with the right commercial tenant.
