About Anthony

Anthony Balboni has been a licensed agent since 1985 and a Real Estate Broker since 1989. In 1988 Anthony was recognized by The National Association of Real Estate Appraisers as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. After ten years of consecutive multi-million-dollar sales, the National Association of Realtors recognized Anthony for a Lifetime Membership in the Distinguished Sales Category, an honor bestowed on less than 2% of its members.

Since the mid-1990s, Balboni has recruited and trained some of the area’s top producing agents. Sixteen agents under his guidance have achieved the NJAR Silver Award, Bronze Award and local quarterly production awards for top producing agents in the Burlington and Camden County region. In the 2000s and since, he has led the agents in his office to top recognition in four of the Tri-State leading Listing Services, as well as the National Association of Realtors and Former GMAC Commercial Network Services.

Anthony also holds a license in Real Estate Instruction from the state of New Jersey, allowing him to train and instruct both the pre-licensing course for Real Estate, and the Brokers Licensing course.

Serving is a board member on his local board of Realtors, as well as a member of the VA C assisting in the review and approval of continue education, courses and instructors for the state of New Jersey, Anthonys giving back to his professional community and supporting the growth and value of the services Realtors provide to the public.
