We worked with Anthony for the purchase of our first home. He was available, responsive to text/phone, and on top of all the paperwork/communication. In addition, he was honest with us as we saw several homes which is rare. He would give us his real opinion about if we were reaching to make a home fit our needs, and would encourage us to wait for the right home and reassure us that it was out there. And it was! He was also realistic about how much we should offer for homes along the way. Highly recommend hiring him!

Before choosing a real estate agent, we wanted to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into making a sell. The time and effort spent, not necessarily financially. Anthony spent months preparing us for our first home, even before we had a pre approval!

He spent hours answering our questions, calling me to calm down my panic/stress, there was a lot 😂🤣🤦🏽‍♀️! He never sounded annoyed, irritated or just mad. He genuinely calmed my worry down, and told us this is normal and it will be worth the stress when we had our keys! I didn’t think that was possible, he was right!!

He is always providing realistic goals on finding a home in today’s market , once we did receive our pre-approval. Anthony made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps when needed to make sure our loan closed FAST!! 21 days was our escrow!! AMAZING. Anthony, did what many other Realtors don't (but should) cared about us and not just a sale! His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy a home really paid off.

If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy realtor, I suggest that you use Anthony Clayton. Anthony provided me with a comfortable feeling of support while working through the stressful process of being a first time home buyer.

Initially, Anthony asked questions and listened to my responses clearly, in order to understand my unique needs and wants. Together we weighed the advantages and disadvantages of the property and assessed the risk and rewards of moving forward with my home purchase decision.
