Anthony D'Alicandro

Anthony is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NJ & PA. He specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condominiums and income producing property throughout the region.

He is highly skilled and experienced in having successful negotiated over 2000 personal transactions.

Having lived and sold Real Estate in Southern New Jersey since 1991, he is truly passionate about this local market and prides himself on the intimate knowledge of current market trends, school districts, neighborhood information, and general housing economics.

Anthony was born and grew up in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. He attended the Real Estate Institute at Temple University and in 1996, completed the Advanced Real Estate Sales Program.

Anthony raced a bicycle competitively for over a decade and today when not selling real estate, still enjoys getting outside on the bicycle! In additional, Anthony practices Yoga and (tries :-) to achieve balance in life.
