Anthony Giulino

Tony Giulino has been active in the real estate business since 1982, heading a real estate development company that was involved in several major projects, including building a high-rise condominium in Everett, MA. In 1992 he became a realtor in Arlington, MA and then in 2002 in Miami, FL when he and his wife moved to the SoFi neighborhood of Miami Beach, where they have lived ever since.

Tony is known for his meticulous attention to detail in both preparing a property for sale and also in the preparation of all contracts. Well liked amongst other realtors, he is known to be easy to deal with, punctual and of the highest integrity.

Tony is a member of the Steering Committee of the South Beach Victory Garden, located at 230 Collins Avenue, keeping him in constant contact with a variety of people in the local SoFi community. His other interests include jogging on the beach, playing tennis, walking the dog and going to the opera. “Miami Beach is a little urban paradise,” says Tony, “and South of Fifth is a precious little neighborhood where I can’t walk a block without running into someone I know, and where I’m never far from a good restaurant or a place to meet friends. I appreciate it’s diversity and energy.”
