Anthony is a very knowledgeable professional who goes above and beyond for his clients. He truly cares about his clients and it shows in his professionalism, efficiency and ability to do what most other realtors can't. He saved our deal with some really smart negotiating and has been an absolute lifesaver throughout the whole process. He is patient and explains everything clearly to his clients and I couldn't recommend him enough! It's hard to find such honest and hardworking people these days, but Anthony Guevara is definitely a step above the rest!

Working with Anthony on purchasing our first home was nothing short of excellent!! The entire experience felt like we were working with a professional and a close friend at the same time. He took an interest in us and made tailored recommendations to help us find our dream home. When we began casually viewing homes, Anthony respected our budget when recommending homes to view, and most importantly, he was not pushy at all. Anthony was also transparent when he showed us a couple of homes that were priced a little above or a little below our budget, to help give us perspective of the market. When it came time to put in an offer, Anthony prepared and submitted our offer immediately; And in this market, every second counts! From the first house we viewed, to the final signature at our closing, Anthony was with us, helping and guiding us to make sure everything went smoothly. I reached out to Anthony a few years back with plans on purchasing a home. I was very nervous about purchasing my first home and Anthony made sure that all my questions were answered and he moved at my pace. Anthony is an extremely patient man and understands how important it is for a family to find their home. He responded to every e-mail, every text and every phone call I made. Anthony is the best there is! He goes above and beyond what a real estate agent does. Anthony has shown me homes all across Fairfield County, and has dared to investigate every attic, crawl space, and basement that I didn’t have the guts to tread.
