Anthony was the agent for the property that we purchased in West Palm Beach. We found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. He was very punctual on showing the property and accommodating to the questions that we had. If he did not have the answer, he would contact the listing agent and get back to us very quickly. He negotiated with the listing agent on our behalf and was instrumental in us purchasing the property. I can honestly say that we would not have purchased the property has it not been for Anthony. He looked after the documentation and walked us through all of the steps from making the offer, counteroffer, acceptance, etc. to post purchase so that there were no hiccups. He arranged to gather all of the necessary paperwork that we needed and brought all of the signed documents to us after signing.
