Licensed as a Nevada Real estate Broker, licensed as a California attorney, a Nevada Property Manager, a Certified Manager of Community Associations(CMCA), expert at landlord/tenant issues, land development(3 subdivisions; Whitebark and Sagewood Creek and Cave Rock Glen), CRS and GRI designations. He offers clients his intimate knowledge of this market, especially issues dealing with the TRPA(Tahoe Regional Property Association) such as land coverage and transferability, the permitting process for new and existing developments, evaluation of a property's rental potential, extensive knowledge of common interest communities rules and regs, proven negotiating skills, commercial property brokerage and more than anything else a deep love of Lake Tahoe, its surrounding mountains and the lifestyle that has kept him and his family here since 1982.
