He has since obtained his Real Estate Broker's License and become the designated Realtor for Golden Pacific Real Estate in San Marcos. He is currently overseeing management of over 125 single family homes, condos, and multi-family dwellings as well as representing home owners and investors in the acquisition and selling of various property types. Anthony also maintains interest in developing commercial real estate in his markets through tenant representation.

Anthony is focused on developing methods and systems to increase internal efficiency which will in turn allow customer service and the company's outward facing image to thrive. He was responsible for the implementation and continuing development of cloud-based software, Appfolio, within GPRE's business model. For example, Anthony has transitioned the company to nearly 60% tenants using online payments and 100% online applications, increasing efficiency and consumer accessibility simultaneously.

Anthony is an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and holds a seat on the Coordinating Committee for the North San Diego County Association of Realtors.

Community involvement includes work with Wounded Warriors Homes in San Diego County, as well as collaborative projects through the local North San Diego County Association of Realtors.

He is a graduate of California Lutheran University with a Degree in Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. While attending CLU, he was a member of the American Marketing Association, Small Business Club and also played for the Kinsgmen Baseball Team. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and dog, Myko, living/adventuring in sunny San Diego.
