Anthony Sobczak has been my realtor for the past few months to sell my home and it's been a great experience during a really difficult time for me. He's down to earth, empathetic, honest and very hard working. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

My experience with Anthony was great. I had a very tight time frame to identify an investment. This was due to a 1031 exchange. He was able to find a number of properties for me to view. He took me around to the properties just a few hours before he had to leave the country. He was able to help get one of the properties under contract in about 24 hours. Anthony worked through the entire process to ensure we had a smooth closing. He has also provided a number of referrals to people that will help provide service to my property. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.

Although we had a few issues that came about on the buyer side, he never stopped trying to get information to keep us updated. Our closing date was going to be pushed from a Thursday to the following Tuesday and he did everything he could to make sure that we were able to close on Thursday like originally planned. I usually do not take the time to write reviews unless the level of service and support I received was so memorable (good or bad) that I feel others should be aware. In regard to Anthony, his assistance was amazing! He made sure my family and I were his number #1 priority. Given our unique demands of locating a home that would accommodate two dogs, near our home that is being built as well as providing the flexibility of a shorter term rental, this was in no way an easy task; however he was able to deliver a solution leveraging his skills and network of contacts to provide multiple options for consideration within only a few days. Anthony always was available and extremely responsive with updates on options for consideration, during a stressful period of time where we immediately needed a home to live in that was in-district for the schools our children were going to go to as we built our new home. Thank you for making a very stressful time go smoothly!

I advise anyone looking to buy a home to contact Anthony!!! He is AWESOME!! After months of searching and viewing homes just to find out my offer had gotten rejected things started to take its toll on me, it was to me so unfair and dissapointing and I was drowning in sorrow until I picked up the phone and called Anthony who was referred to me earlier on in this process, needless to say I already had an agent who was really good dont get me wrong, Im not bashing her, Anthony was just better. He knew things I had never heard of. He's aggressive, intelligent, and easy to communicate with (charming voice). lol.... I called Anthony and refreshed him of my situation, had a viewing of the home I was interested in purchasing and in less than 24 hours the offer he placed on my home was accepted. Anthony was referred to us randomly and we are grateful to have had him as our realtor. This year has been a crazy one given the Realestate market and COVID. My wife and I were all over the board with what we were looking for and Anthony was very patient with our request of what homes we wanted to see. He hung in there with us for a very long 9 months of several offers and several losses. He was very positive and encouraging! I was looking for a home in a particular neighborhood with either a ranch or mostly main floor living layout. VIA Realty, and specifically Anthony, found one that had just reduced into my price range and quickly set a scheduled showing. Anthony was easy to get a hold of and responsive to any questions I had about the process, as it has been a handful of years since my last home purchase. Showings were convenient and I was able to go through homes at my own pace without feeling rushed.
