Broker/Owner Toni Flory specializes in conventional sales offering auction experience as well. Toni holds a degree in agricultural economics from Virginia Tech and has worked for the soil and water conservation district as well as Culpeper Planning and Zoning. She also has experience with conservation easements and stream/wetland mitigation. In addition, Toni and her husband, Doug, operate View Hill Farm where they raise cattle and horses and produce hay. The farm also contains a residence, barns, fencing and water lines, all of which, the couple built or remodeled.

An avid rider, snow skier and runner, Toni is also active locally with the Jefferson United Methodist Church and is a founding member, co-chair and supporter of the Susan G. Komen Ride for the Cure Virginia.
