I was looking for a tenant for my condo and I was unable to spend the time needed to look for a suitable tenant. A friend referred me to Antonella and she took the time to understand what I was looking for and then quickly identified some qualified candidates. She was very responsive and thorough. She made sure that the process was quick and made the process and paperwork easy. Highly recommend her!

Recently my friend moved back to the area and was in need of a new home. I had heard great things about Calcagni and she called them up and that’s when we met Antonella. She was amazing! She listened to everything my friend needed and the next day we were off to look at homes. I have to say my friend isn’t easy to please (LOL) but Antonella wouldn’t stop until she found the perfect home for her!

I highly recommend Antonella. She is one of the best realtors I have come across in 30 years of moving around Connecticut and buying and selling houses. I happened to meet Antonella through chance, and I'm so fortunate that I did! We got to talking about how I was going to be looking to rent my first apartment, and she jumped to action that night. Within 24 hours I had a personalized Portal set up with ideal locations, bedrooms, and price points, and she was always a phone call away. We went on several visits to different properties and she was always honest and showed patience with the answers to my sometimes very naive questions, all while teaching me along the way. I'm proud to say that Antonella is now in the process of helping me find my dream home!
