As a local real estate attorney, I have had the pleasure of working with April Baker on numerous occasions through the years. April has a genuine passion for helping people find and buy their dream homes. Her enthusiasm and dedication are not only inspiring but also infectious, creating a positive experience for her clients. April really cares. I remember well an early morning closing in Oak Brook, IL where April brought pastries to the closing because we didn't have time for breakfast. We had another closing for a home in Forest Park, IL with an out-of-state seller. Forest Park requires a compliance inspection and, in some cases, repairs and re-inspection. April stepped up and took care of everything from scheduling and attending the inspection, to finding the contractor and coordinating repairs, to having the property re-inspected so that the compliance certificate was issued. I wholeheartedly recommend April to anyone in Forest Park, Oak Park, Brookfield, or the surrounding areas looking to buy or sell a home.
