A bit late but very necessary. I started on my home buying journey in January 2021 and by July I was exhausted, and a bit defeated. I was not quite ready to throw in the towel but needed a new realtor that would be on the same page as me. I had been following April’s fitness page for sometime and stumbled onto her real estate page. Through both pages I saw honesty and someone that genuinely wanted to see others win, so I harassed her during one of her early morning gym 😃 appearances and asked if she was able to take me on as a client. Immediately she went to work. She not only became my realtor but she became a cheerleader and motivator, during those times when it looked like my forever home was no where to be found. Her “Hey Queen” text kept me sane and on course and In just 3 weeks of her taking me on as a client, the perfect home came on the Market and she secured the deal. She was attentive, reassuring, motivating the whole ride. I have been in my home for almost 2 months and the transaction has been long over, yet I still receive those warm “Hey Queen” text just to check on me. She is truly a GEM and this real estate world is lucky to have her and I would harass her in the gym 1000 more times. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home at the drop of a dime Thank you April you are truly a Queen.

This was my first time purchasing a home for myself. I was super anxious, nervous, and somewhat impatient with the whole process. Luckily, I had April as my realtor. She was very professional, responsive as walked me through the process step-by-step. Her extensive experience as a realtor was very resassuring and calming, especially when I overreact over something small. I am so fortunate to have found a gem like Mrs. April Brasher when I moved to Maryland. As my Realtor, she helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She’s epitome of “patience ” and she never gave up on me. I started searching for my first home in Maryland back in 2015/2016 then I stopped because coming from the islands I wanted more yard space. Then I tried again in 2017 and she made the process flawless in purchasing my town home. In 2020, my single family home purchase process was very trying because of the bank and builder and I was ready to give up many times, however she did a great job with keeping me focus on my goal and even when I call her all hours of the day/night she made herself available to answer any questions or provide reassurance. She is truly an inspiration and a Queen with great vibes that does a tremendous job in making your home buying experience a great one.
The best part about working with April was that she was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than she was on closing a deal. She deserves the highest praise especially when you are able to work with someone like me that is very picky😜. Without reservations, I would recommend her to anyone. She goes above and beyond to help others. She is the greatest!

Our Realtor April D. Brasher was AMAZING from start to finish! We called her and told her that we wanted to view a property in Va. She met us at the location the next morning to view the property, as we were traveling back to Atlanta the same day. We told her that we loved the house and wanted to make an offer. April had the contract and offer submitted before we got back to Atlanta. We closed on our home in 30 days! April made our home buying experience seamless and very rewarding.
