Reassurance and trust are what April provides.

As a highly experienced realtor, April brings a wealth of knowledge, and more importantly, she knows how to articulate that knowledge into insightful advices that guided us through the process effortlessly.

She is patient with the initial home searching, but became a vigorous weapon when you are ready to make an offer. Her process is nothing less than surgical as she warms up the conversation with the seller side, studies the market carefully before suggesting an offer. Yet in the midst of all of this, she flex her time with agility and always follow up on a status update.
