April Guerieri is the co-founder of The Collective San Diego and a Luxury Real Estate Specialist since 2009. I have dedicated over a decade of persistence to not just real estate, but triathlon racing at the National level trying to make the elite Team USA, which comprises of the fastest 16 women of like age in the USA. I have completed two marathons, two half ironman triathlons, countless half marathons, and century bike rides, and can be found on "The Compass Elite" - a collective of top producers who are also distinguished endurance athletes.
