Professional and Knowledgable- April helped us buy two investment properties in the Birmingham area. We are in Colorado so we really had to lean on her to bring these pruchases to a close. The properties were in probate so there was lot's of challenges that came up but she did a great job of working out what needed done. She was a great advocate for us and was able to negotiate a substantial price adjustment based on the inspection. I will plan on working with April again in the future if we look to purchase more properties in the Bham area.
