My husband and I cannot say enough about our experience with April as our listing agent. From start to finish, the process was smooth and completely low stress. April is an excellent communicator - she let us know what to expect every step of the way. She was always very prompt with news on every aspect of the process. We had complete faith in her knowledge of the market - not just as a whole, but our town and area. We were fortunate to put our house up for sale during a seller's market, but we were still amazed at how quick and easy everything went. We absolutely recommend April!

April is a very caring realtor. She worked with our 21 year old for almost a year due to the market being so crazy. We missed out on several homes. She just kept giving her best. We’ve made a friend thru this process. I highly, highly recommend her.

April helped my husband and I by our first house in this past month. She went above and beyond in every aspect! She was willing to meet us and look at houses whenever we asked, she provided good insight on the market value in the neighborhoods we explored, offered advice and perspective on each of the houses from her own knowledge and experience working on houses as far as potential repairs and costs we might need to consider. Even now that we’ve closed on our house, she has offered to be present when the contractors come to perform the repairs agreed upon. We are so thankful for all of April’s help and would highly recommend her for any house buying needs!
