Welcome! I am happy you have found me. Congratulations on your personal real estate adventure. Yes, if you are reading this you are embarking on a real estate adventure.

Our personal experiences shape who we are and how we interact on a daily basis. I think it is important to share with all my potential clients the highlights of my personal real estate experience that is shaping my personal agent style.

-First time home buyer: yes, I have been in your shoes. I can admit that at this point I was completely “green” and walked away from that transaction still pretty confused and overwhelmed.
-Landlord: yes, I am now renting out that property that made me a first time home buyer.
-Real estate investor and trust deed lender: yes, I married a wonderful man who works in the real estate market as both a buyer and lender and I have served as an assistant to many of his personal transactions.

I am excited to now let you know that 2015 launched my professional endeavor into real estate. This also marked my “retirement” from a health care technology career to have our first daughter.
