About April

A native East Coaster, April traveled to San Francisco for the first time in 2001. Like so many others before her, she left her heart there and returned to reclaim it 6 years later and has never looked back! As a current Marin resident, she found new love in all things this side of the rainbow tunnel and is intimately familiar with the transition from SF to Marin County.

Having owned several properties in the Bay Area, April understands the intricacies of the home buying and selling process and strives to make your experience as seamless as possible. Whether clients are a first-time home buyer, veteran purchaser or investor, her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and industry knowledge will help clients over the threshold to home ownership.

April has held many varied sales positions throughout her professional career, garnering top awards at both Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller, family-operated businesses. In the real estate arena, she was recognized as a Zephyr Real Estate Rookie of the Year in 2018. In 2019, she was honored to receive the prestigious California Association of Realtors 'Rising Star Award' in recognition of 'the elite, new talent entering the industry' and in celebration of 'ambitious new members making waves in the industry who represent the next generation of leading agents.' Her desire to work closely with people to find solutions to their needs is the fuel that drives her day in and day out. Her competitive spirit ensures a clients offer, or home sale will be well-researched and stand out in a sea of multiple bids or listings. Her first-hand knowledge of buying and selling in this market helps achieve the highest return attainable on their home.

When she is not, April enjoys indulging on porchetta sandwiches at RoliRoti at the Ferry Building, bringing her back to her Italian roots, convincing strangers she did in fact play collegiate rugby, or teaching her two young daughters lion taming skills to ward off her incredibly feral cat. (who incidentally made it into her neighbor's disclosures during the sale of their home in the 'dangerous wildlife' section. True story!)
