From Buying to Selling April has you covered. I was looking to downsize and April set up and sent me a list to review right away and was showing me condos within a week I had a contract and closed 20 days later. Now the fun part down sizing a four bedroom home we have lived in for 14 years. April was patient guided me through the whole process. She was very responsive always responded when I called or texted her answered any questions I had.She listed the home within 20 days had contract on home and closed 45 days later. She stayed in contact weekly to let me know where we where in the process and took care of everything. I would highly recommend April she will work for you and your best interest.

Winter Haven is a very tight knit community. I’m a huge proponent of ”taking care of your own”, meaning if you know someone who provides a service, take your business to them instead of giving money to a stranger. However, sometimes it’s not that easy. Like when you have several amazing realtor friends.

We made the hard decision to sell our first home here in Winter Haven. We love that property. My children spent the first halves of their lives there. My son was 4 months old when we moved in and I brought my daughter home there. It was built in 1928 with so much charm and character. We outgrew it and have kept it as a rental property for the last 8 years, toying with the idea of maybe someday moving back in. As of late, our plans have changed and we decided we’d consider putting it on the market.

With so many realtor friends, how do you choose? We considered going to someone neutral, just to keep from upsetting anyone, but that went against everything I believe in, as far as “taking care of your own”. But when I suspended my concerns of upsetting someone, April Spaulding became our clear choice. She’s known we’ve considered selling before. She has done comps for us in the past just so we’d know, and she continued to keep us updated with what was going on in our area. She sends cute cards when we celebrate, sends condolence cards when we’ve had loss, and has allowed us to bounce stuff off of her from time to time. Although she is a cherished friend of mine, she has gone above and beyond with her professional services.

In less than two weeks, we went from listing to closing. In that two week time frame, she busted her butt navigating issues, repairs, nosy neighbors, questions, concerns, and tears. Some may say “well, that’s her job”. I’d say to that she most definitely exceeded my expectations.

Thank you, April, for all you’ve done. I cannot recommend you enough!

I called April on whim when I was thinking about making a location change and I called her specifically because I knew she can be trusted. I was contemplating a new location for my baby boutique and felt April would definitely be able to point me in the right direction and she sure did! She helped me make the right connections, and has consistently followed up to make sure things are on track and to see if she could further assist me with anything. I highly recommend April and really appreciate doing business with someone that follow through and goes the extra mile to make sure her client finds what they need.
