Walter and I are very fortunate to have founded Mike and April Walls "Team Walls of Exit Real Estate" as our realtors. Being new to the area we wanted someone we could trust.

Mike and April surpassed our expectations. They are truly a team, very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy with giving good advice on our home purchase.

They were more focus on us finding the right home for us instead of selling us a house and closing a deal. We founded the perfect home. I love my new home and the neighborhood.

Mike and April made our purchase smooth and stress-free. We were able to close ahead of schedule. At first, I was uneasy about moving to an area that I didn't know anyone. They gave us a tour the the city, recommended restaurants, grocery stores, and made us feel right at home.

The best part is we have new friends~ a friendship that I look forward to continue. I would truly recommend "The Walls Team" they care and we plan to work with them again soon.

We have had the pleasure of working with the Mike & April Walls team several times over many years. In one transaction we purchased property from the federal government. It was a very complicated transaction with very little benefit for their real estate office. Despite this, April diligently refused to walk away from the red tape until our purchase was complete.

We are not originally from Tennessee, although we now call this beautiful state home. I would recommend anybody, especially those moving here from out of the area, to consider allowing Team Walls to go to work for them. We can assure you that you will learn to trust this fine, hardworking group.
