I cannot say enough wonderful things about Apryl. We needed to move to Eugene from out of state during a pandemic and Apryl made it possible for us to get a beautiful home that we love. She FaceTimed us multiple times, she answered our multiple questions, and she was always quick to respond when we reached out. Furthermore, we needed someone who would be on top of things; as homes were going under contract quickly. We are so grateful that Apryl navigated everything so quickly and so well. We absolutely recommend her! She is wonderful to work with!

Apryl couldn't have made the home buying process any easier for me and my husband. From the very first meeting with her in the Turning Point office, she made us feel comfortable and welcome. She helped us find the best options for preapproval and mortgage, she gave us her cell phone number so we could reach her at any time, and she was always happy to chat things through and ease any of our worries. Apryl made it fun to look at houses - she paid attention to our likes and dislikes, pointed out potential positives or negatives, and laughed with us at strange features. She's the perfect balance of friendly and professional. We wouldn't go to anyone else!

Apryl did a fantastic job helping us find our new home. I reached out to her a few days before coming up from California, to start our house hunting. She called me right right away and understood we would only be here a few days and had to maximize our time. We had a list of houses and she made appointments and helped us see as many houses in our limited time here. We found the house we wanted and she helped us get the offer in and by the time we were ready to return to California, we had an accepted offer. While I was back in California, she ensured everything on this side was taken care of in my absence. She addressed all issues with the home inspection and made sure all issues were addressed. We had a small incident prior to leaving California, someone had broken a window but she made sure the window was repaired before we moved in. Apryl was referred to me by a friend in California, who assured me that I would be happy with her. We are, and I will gladly refer her to anyone looking to purchase a property. I can’t say enough positive things about working with Apryl Hosek at Turning Point Realty Group. I had been a California house renter for 30+ years and decided to move back to Oregon this year. I figured I’d rent here as well but thanks to working with Apryl, I became a first time home buyer and found the perfect home in Eugene. She spent over 6 months sending me listings, answering my questions and did such a great job of listening to what I wanted and didn’t want in a home. Her knowledge, patience and dedication made the entire process pleasant from beginning to end and she negotiated the best deal for me. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home or rental property to Apryl.

She then helped us sell our primary residence in the Santa Clara/River Road area in 2018. She also helped us purchase a large property in the vineyard country west of Eugene, which included two homes and a large shop. Apryl is a very honest, friendly hard working professional who helped us through each step of preparing our properties to sell. She had great sound advice on where to invest our time and money to prepare our properties to sell for a high value in today's current market. She has a solid list of reasonably priced contractors who can clean, repair, paint, do flooring, and whatever else is necessary to get a property ready to sell. She is very reachable, maintains good communication and listens well. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our new property. Tyler & Apryl were amazing to work with. Both have excellent knowledge about selling homes and all the paperwork involved. My home was a difficult sale and there were complications concerning my situation but they took this on with great professionalism and the outcome sale for me was more than I could have ever expected. They both kept grounded during a difficult time for me and I am thankful for that.
