Araceli is a great agent. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and very nervous about the whole process. Araceli made sure we were comfortable with all the steps along the way. She brought us many listing we didn't even consider as options just to expand what we were seeing in the very competitive market of California. Never had an issue with communication, she was always available to help us out. Finally we found our house and are happily making it a home. She even checks in on us to make sure we are happy still. Araceli Gonzalez is amazing! I was a first-time home buyer: seeking a house in the middle of a pandemic, a housing shortage, and sky-rocketing prices (in California mind you!). One would think I couldn’t have chosen a worse time to look for a house! Honestly, if it weren’t for Araceli I would have given up a long time ago! She was so supportive, patient, and encouraging- she’s like a realtor, motivational coach, and financial guru all in one! In fact, despite others offering more for the house of my dreams, it was because of Araceli’s fantastic rapport and persistence that the sellers chose my offer.
Her communication with myself and my family was phenomenal too- whether I texted her on the weekends or nights, she always responded right away. We also felt very comfortable with her right away as she was always very cheerful and charismatic. We also loved the fact that she gave us our space and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the house before submitting any offers. Overall, Araceli is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her. I know that in a few years we will either be upgrading to another house or purchasing a second home- I have no doubt in my mind that when the time comes I will again be reaching out to Araceli to assist us with that journey.
Araceli made our dream come true; my family and I are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us.
