When my fiancé and I decided to buy a house we had no idea how the process worked. We were referred to Aracelis and decided to just meet with her and then go from there. it was the best decision we ever made. She was amazing through out this entire process. She was incredibly patient, personable, and kind. Buying a house in this market has been a different experience than we expected but she continued to be patient and keep our spirits up. She was communicative and available when ever we needed her to including later at night and weekends for showings. Thanks to Aracelis we have found an amazing home with character to raise our daughter in and we are so grateful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Aracelis helped me and my wife reach one of our goals, which was become a homeowner by 30! She made the process so easy and smooth. When ever me or my wife would call her, no matter what time or day, evenings or weekends, she would answer quickly and always had a response! Since day one she didn’t try selling us any random house. She was attentive to what we were looking for and didn’t shoot down what we were asking for. Aracelis is a very knowleagable and dedicated realtor. I would highly recommend Aracelis as a realtor in the York and surrounding area. She not only understands the local market, but is spot on as far as the financial aspects of buying and selling a house. She consistently versed me on what I needed to prepare as far as being a seller, communicated with both myself and the buyer's realtor to ensure a smooth settlement, and had the savvy to keep a deal together when buyer issues popped up.
