Argish is a very professional young man. We were selling the home on our own without a broker. Argish called us and and offered to help us out with our ads online and our pictures on Zillow. He never tried to force us to list our home. After a few weeks we got tired of getting all these calls from everyone but buyers. We called Argish to list our house and market it. Within two weeks we had an offer that was significantly above our asking price and we sold the home. We are happy with what we got from the house!

I got responses to my messages in an instant, and could always call when I had additional questions. It put my mind at ease, and I could relax even if selling my house seemed scary at the beginning. At our very first meeting, Mr. Singh presented a very logical strategy to market our property which instantly proved to us he knew what he’s doing, and showed us we could trust him. Ultimately, we weren’t wrong as he really did a great job with a sale of our home and fought for the top dollar.

Due to a family emergency, we needed to sell our house quickly and with as much of the profit, we could make. It wasn’t an easy decision to choose a house. Singh listened carefully to our wants and needs and showed us many great properties, each fitting perfectly what we were looking for. When we couldn’t decide which one would be best, he asked us additional questions about the things which we didn’t think at first. His experience made it possible for us to eventually select a house we were comfortable witg and within our price range. If we were to choose a real estate agent to work with one more time, Singh would be our first choice. Would recommend to anyone.

We hired Argish Singh from Exit realty. Our main goal was to sell our property - and we did, thanks to Argish, with an outstanding result. The offers started to appear within a week from listing our apartment, and we closed on the deal not much longer after that. Argish took care of the appropriate pricing based on the market, which attracted many interested buyers. He also took care of the professional staging and our place looked simply beautiful. Most importantly, he made sure none of our questions are left unanswered and we know what’s going on throughout the process.
