We worked with Arian who was highly recommended by a friend. We must say we got lucky.
We were recommended areas to check about, gave us an honest overview of the market in different towns and how things changed lately during Covid times. He also helped us evaluate based on the facts provided how good or bad a given listing was. He is honest and practical, and based on your requirement and budget he will let you know how much of a chance do you have in competing for an offer as well. He also helped us connect with the lawyers and lenders quickly who also made it very smooth for me to do the paperwork. I would definitely recommend him when buying your house.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Arian Simaku. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Arian, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.
We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Arian walked us through every step of the negotiations. If we ever have friends and family looking for homes and thinking about selling, we will always recommend Arian to them!

My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Arian Simaku! We were first-time homebuyers with a LOT of questions, looking to buy a house in a very competitive market, but he made the whole process super easy. He was very professional and pleasant to work with, and was always accessible and helpful in answering our questions. Arian came highly recommended from a relative of ours, and since our first meeting we instantly knew Arian was the right agent for us. He is honest and hands-on, and we really appreciated his feedbacks. We valued his view and knowledge about a house structure and things to look at while touring a house; he also made us aware of what to expect from them (things we thought we knew, but discovered that our knowledge wasn't deep enough). We were really impressed by his knowledge, support and attention to details.
Once our offer was accepted, Arian further helped taking the pressure off of us, guiding us through every step of the process, which continued even after we took the keys to our house. Arian provided an A+ home buying experience. I worked with Arian to buy my first home in late summer 2020. I had heard many horror stories from friends about absent real estate agents and the difficulty of the home buying process. My experience with Arian was the total opposite. Arian was responsive, friendly, and there to provide expert guidance and teach me about all aspects, starting from viewing homes through the closing. He provides crystal clear coaching/instructions and well-vetted options for experts needed along the way, such as lenders, inspectors, insurance, and attorneys. To help you make an informed decision, he insists that you call several people in each category with a list of questions so you can see the difference between them. I was also impressed with the little things Arian does that add up to a great learning experience in how to assess properties. For example, during the home showings he brought a flashlight and talks through his examination of the structure, HVAC system, and basement sealing. During negotiations, he went to bat and we landed on a closing price below appraisal which is unheard of in this crazy Boston market. The result of working with him was an easy and smooth home buying experience. Arian comes with my highest recommendation!

I have worked with other home brokers in the past, but no other works harder than Arian and his team who were there all the time to guide me through the entire process. Arian found us a beautiful home and we couldn't be happier. At the outset, he helped us clarify what we were looking for and then presented us only options that fit our criteria. If we found something we liked, he'd arrange showings quickly and meet us there at a moment's notice. Over several months, we looked at 40-50 single family homes across the Greater Boston Area, and Arian was honest, kind, forthright, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He used to build homes in a previous profession, and his expertise and insight into potential pitfalls as we looked at homes (improperly constructed concrete pillows, sagging frames, bad joist work, etc.) has saved us from making mistakes we would never have known about. He was also incredibly sweet with our 15 month old daughter, and even sent us masks and gloves when COVID-19 made its way to the US. I would highly recommend Arian as your real estate agent. We were so fortunate to have found Arian Simaku when we started looking for a home in Quincy, MA. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house, in the right neighborhood, for the right price. He was patient and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. Every time we viewed a new property Arian would perform an inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Arian also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Arian was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
